Lightweight, high performance and mid-priced XC race shoe from Shimano.

Who’s this for: Riders looking for an insanely stiff shoe for maximum power transfer.

Pedal interface: Designed for small XC style cleat pedals with minimal platform, but will comfortably fit trail style caged cleat pedals also.

Closure: This use a combination of the excellent conforming nature of a BOA L6 dial and lacing, with a velcro closure at the toe for fine tuning the fit.

Upper materials: Mesh/TPU/synthetic leather upper provides great durability, breathability, and longevity.

Sole materials: Glass fiber reinforced midsole for excellent power transfer. Shimano exclusive Michelin rubber tread with 18mm removable spikes for traction off the bike.

Sizing guide: These us Shimano’s DYNALAST fitting guide which is a ‘standard’ fit.

Pros: Super light and stiff.

Cons: Won’t work on pedals with a large platform. Not good for much more than XC duties.
